The purpose of this assignment is to explore the business ethics issues surrounding the recent Australian Royal Commission into the Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry ("The Banking Royal Commission").

You are to present a brief but detailed analysis of ethical leadership and consider what the Banking Royal Commission discovered with regards the failure of such leadership which led to the Report's principal findings.

In doing so you need to address the following issues:
