You are the human resource manager for BuildTech Pte.Ltd .Over the past tree years,Your company has grown from a small team of 15 staff to a 60 Staff team.Due to this rapid growth, it was observed that staff members no longer communicate with one another other than for work purposes.Your Managing director would like to organise some activities to improve relationship among satff members.
