To test whether mean amount of air pressure is same for air pumps made by three manufacturers, a party consultant uses 3 pumps to blow up 4 different balloons.  Times required to fill balloons are below.

Use data to test whether population means for air pressure for pumps differ for three manufacturers.  Use a = 0.10.  Show all five steps of hypothesis testing process.  Points will be removed for missing parts; though, this may be done using calculator functions.
