Assignment:

Describing a plan for the implementation of conflict management using Matthew 18 as your guide. Be sure to engage the passage, especially verses 15-20.

You may wish to offer this as a type of "policy statement" applicable to the successful resolution of conflict for either a current place of ministry or for some future stop in your service career.

Make sure that you delineate each step in the process of conflict resolution with any consequences, whether positive or negative for each of the steps- either those that were followed or ignored. Ensure that the following points are addressed:

Deal with each stage of the conflict resolution as presented in Matthew 18
Relate how each of these stages may be applied to the conflict in a Christian setting today, with the attending consequences of each stage.
