Question

The patient describes the pain as substernal without radiation and lasting about 20 minutes. He stated it felt like an "elephant sitting on him." He denies nausea, vomiting, or dyspnea. He also denies pain with inspiration or movement. He did complain of diaphoresis during the 20 minutes of chest pain.
