What is the Summer Project?
This will allow learning and application to happen in a short summer term.

Remember this is a team project, however, it works best to be located in a real city/town in one of your individual hometowns. This provides you a concrete location and provides inherent issues that need to be addressed due to the locality.

This is a senior level class or a graduate class (depending on your level) and the project is expected to reflect the same. You or your team are going to create a project management plan during this semester. This will be a complete project plan that can be provided to the client organization to complete without your intervention or in need of further explanation from you.

You will be describing all steps, processes, people, materials, etc.

Scope Assignment

Include a description of your project and why you think the methodology you have chosen would work best.

Please describe your project in very broad terms that answer the following questions:

Who?
Full description of the project primary and secondary clients.

What?
The project scope describes what will be done during this project to full delineate the scope of the project and provides details to help manage scope creep.

When?
Describes the full-project deadlines from initial scope to project completion (may be outside of course dates).

Where?
Describes the overall location(s) of the projects. This can be single location or multiple locations.

How?
Overall description of the step, procedures, and process that will be used to complete the project. This provides and initial overview for the client.
