The proposed high definition software is an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that is to collect and integrate information from various business processes in Philz Photography.

The system will be designed in such a way that it will meet the information needs of the company. It has to consider the information needs of the company and this means that the company does not need an ERP system that is already in use but will have their system designed from scratch.

This paper describes the characteristics of the designed system and well as how it will be important for the users at the company.

Create desktop software by using Visual studio and want to create database as well and then link them to each other and create it real software

1. create the databases by using either Sql or Microsoft Access with any information you want and also add a unique number for any client.
2. secretary login: once the secretary login he has the ability to (create a new customer with the information that needed such as name, address, date of birth.

3. Secertary has the ability to create a new booking to the system as what you see in the prototype, However,categorybutton will include whether the customers need pictures or videos taken, whether the pictures are to be taken in the studio or will require field photographers to move to preferred places. So each category will have different prices,however if one customer do need more than one category, it should show both of kind of category in the payment page then secretary have the ability to calculate them automatically by just press process button.

4. photogragher timetablepage:I mean the viability and when they are free and so on

5. payment page when you write the customer id it should show the customerinformation automatically and the payment amount should be loaded

6. so there will be three login in the system 1-adminstrator 2-photogragher 3-secertary.
