ABTRACT:

This essay describes the changes in the organization of RBC. Since the change in the economy there have been changes in the structure, processes and department sizes. There are many Shareholders involved with the impact of change within RBC. This essay also describes the change management approach and the recommended action steps that would be advised for minimizing adverse impact on RBC and its employees. This essay mainly focuses on the systemic nature of RBC and how the changes made will increase the effectiveness of RBC, its processes, and the productivity of the employees.
