Introduction:
You are a junior IT trainer for Bluetech Ltd, online sellers of branded bluetooth gadgets. You have been tasked with creating a YouTube video demonstration for the benefits of technology for all employees.
You are to create a screencast (video recording of your screen) and upload it to YouTube. It is recommended that you use or but feel free to use any other software.
Task 1
In preparation for the YouTube video, prepare some notes which:
