The Meyers Briggs test describes different personalities and how they react to situations think about people you have worked with that fit each of the following four personality styles and share an example of people you've worked with and how you would respond to them in a situation where a key customer calls with a serious problem and demands immediate action:

1. Bill accepts the problem and sees no alternative but to fix it immediately and expects all his workers to stay late and get the new shipment out.

2. Mona considers options but attempts to motivate her team to track down the problem while putting another team to work on a backup option while trying to inconvenience everyone as much as possible.

3. Denise tries to track down the original order and prepares another shipment just in case. At the same time she develops a strategy for evaluating companies processes to ensure the problem never happens again.

4. Blake writes off the original shipment, polls the workers on staff to see who can work late to put together a new order and if no one offers will stay late and do it himself
