Part A

In a minimum of 300 words, describe your verbal, non-verbal and written skills. Include in your description of each, what you feel are your strengths and weaknesses. Which of the three is your strongest? Your weakest? What would you like to improve? Provide at least one example of each skill. For example: an email sent to your Professor or fellow student for a written skill? What are your non-verbal skills when you respond to a question in class?

Part B

In a minimum of 250 words, prepare a script that you would use to approach yourself in a conversation as if you are a new potential client. What verbal and non-verbal communication skills would grab your attention and make you want to respond.
