Problem
In Section 4.6 of the textbook, Kerzner (2023) states "Without a good understanding of a KPI, project managers may end up with an improper selection process that works as follows:
I. Everything that is easy to measure and count is identified.
II. Sophisticated dashboards and reporting techniques for everything that is easy to measure and count are developed.
III. Then project managers struggle to determine what to do with the information." Kerzner (2023) adds "The nature of the project together with the agreed-upon definition of success and the CSFs determine which KPIs to use" (p. 134).

II. Propose your recommended approach to measuring these KPIs and CSFs
III. Discuss some of the main challenges that you foresee in collecting the data needed for the KPIs and CSFs you selected. Prepare a list of recommended practices to overcome these challenges.
IV. Specify what strategies you prefer to use to effectively communicate the KPIs and CSFs you chose. Characterize your strategies.
