Describe your company and the industry. This can be summarized from the case description.

What was your objectives as a transnational corporation? Identify the objectives you were trying to achieve from your focus and mission.

Describe the following financial indicators and your company's achievement on them. For each indicator describe what is it / what does it indicate? Show your results (numbers and explain any increase or decrease.

SELECTED LINE ITEM ANALYSIS -

Analyze the following items from your company

• Outsourcing costs: describe outsourcing costs for each round, whether they belong to production or technology.
• R & D: Describe what you have done in relation to research and development, what was your intentions, how much money you invested in R&D in different rounds and why.

DISAGGREGATING STOCK PRICE -

Analyze the following items for the different rounds from your company results as they reflect on stock price.

• Sales growth: how did your sales change between rounds and why.
• Market share: what was the market share globally in the different rounds, did it increase or decrease and why.
• EBITDA: what was it and what does it indicate.
• Technological capacity: what was your capacity in the different rounds and how much you used from it?

MANAGEMENT'S DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS -

Describe each of the following:

• Global market conditions: what were the market outlooks during the different rounds, what were the major conditions that have affected your company whether negatively or positively?
• Product portfolio: what are the products (technologies) that you have developed
• Market share for each Technology (global): what was the market share achieved for each technology produced globally.

COMPETITOR ANALYSIS -

Who are your competitors?

What were their strategic moves?

How are you different than them?

SIMULATION LEARNING OUTCOMES -

How has each of the following decisions have been affected: what conditions have affected your decisions related to the following:
