I have assignment in managing people in organizations class. It's 3 essay questions, and 2 cases You should take the questions topics from the course schedule. I already attached 2 cases copy from the book. Please read the assignment carefully and u should follow the Instructions step by step.

Note: (it's 7 pages). Every question 1.5 page and the case 1 page = 3 questions + 2 cases = 7 pages. " be sure to support facts and give examples to demonstrate learning" Be sure that you put Resources at least 7 Resources. You should read course schedule to answer Question 1 Part 1, Question 1 Part 2, Question 2, Question 3. You should take the questions topics from the course schedule.

Covers Weeks 6-10, although you may need to draw from previous weeks as well.

Answer the two questions below, and choose one of the other questions to answer. Be sure to clearly state which question you are answering.

You must answer these two questions. Each of these two questions is worth 200 points.

(Question 1 Part 1) Write down two or three aspects of the skills studied in Weeks 5-10. Write two paragraphs for each aspect giving indicators of successful performance. In other words, how will you know that you have been effective? What will indicate that you have performed competently?

(Question 2). Identify a situation in which a person (subordinate, team member, work group member) is performing below expectations.

a. How would you diagnose the problem? What steps would you follow?

b. What is the diagnosis of the problem?
