Question: Describe your goal and identify the baseline data you will have to gather to set behavior change goals. Develop a plan to collect the data you need.b A behavior that I would like to modify is adding healthy fitness excerise to my weekly schedule. With winter coming and the area I live in its always colder and harder to do outside activites. So I would like to add a routine in my daily schedule to ensure that I can stay active and healthy during the winter months.
