why there is no earthing in television, rather it is a very complicated and its plug is always 2 pin. On the other hand mobile charger has got 3 pin plug and therefore earthing is done in it while charging of mobile. so in case of t.v., vcd player, tape etc there is no earthing while mobile charger does have earthing.
what is the reason behind it, and why earthing is not done in t.v. ?
