Question: Pretend that you are a Food Scientist and you are planning for the future. Knowing that our food supply may be at risk, develop a new food that would have qualities that would prove beneficial for the future. Keep in mind the threats to our food supply that were outlined in the Food Science and the future module.

Name your new food and describe which food category it fits best (fruit, vegetable, meat, dairy, or fat). Also, tell us why you think this food would be plentiful in the future.
