3. Use the needs analysis process model (Figure 3.1) to better understand what happened at the club. Be sure to consider each step in the process. Describe what you would learn from organizational, task, and person analysis and what the outcomes would be.

5. Use the Mager and Pipe's flowchart in Figure 3.2 to determine some possible solutions to the problem. Do you think training is part of the solution? What other solutions might be necessary?
