You are working as a system analyst for a non-profit organization whose are mostly from donations. You are thinking a Web application to manage the donors, similar to a CRM (customer relationship management) system. So, let's call it a DRMS (Donor Relationship Management System).

1. Describe what you will do for each step in up to implementation. You will need to relate the steps to the DRMS. For example, who are the users of DRMS and what are its functional requirements for? You do not need to actually do the design such as the DFD, UI and ERD. But you should describe what they are and what you expect them to be.

2. SDLC is only. What process model, e.g. Waterfall, Agile, Spiral, etc. adopt and why? What exactly is a process model?
