I'm a marketing coordinator as a co-op in the medical company so according to this position make this: Situational Job interview: make answers for the following two questions you may be asked in a job interview using the STAR method (described below). Your reflection (approximately four hundred words)
I: "Tell me about a time during the work term when you showed initiative by taking on additional responsibilities or volunteered to help a colleague."
II: "Tell me about a time during the work term when you had a difference of opinion with a colleague." Use the STAR method to make each question: Situation. Concisely describe the problem or situation and give some context.
Task
