Question 1: Choose three organizations to analyze. Each organization must have a website. Only one organization can be a retail organization. The others should be non-retail, such as not-for-profit, service, healthcare, etc. Choose organizations that you are not familiar with.

Question 2: For each organization:

• Analyze a large portion of their website, not just their home page. Take some time to look around, read what they have posted, etc.
• Think about what the elements on their site say about their organization's culture, especially whether they have a strong or adaptive culture.
• Describe what the website communicates that they value, believe in, and focus on culturally and performance-wise.
• Explain the key organizational culture and performance items based on your review of their website
• 3. write a discussion post of 100 to 150 words per organization in which you:
• Identify the organizations.
• Provide the URLs to their websites.
• Include at least one screenshot per organization.
• Discuss your analysis about their culture (Action Item 2).
• State whether you feel the organization has a strong or adaptive culture and why. From the website alone, what would you say is positive about the culture, if anything? What would you say needs to be improved and why?
