Case Study: Most Americans are familiar with the term "the bureaucracy", however they really struggle to explain what it is, and what it does. Nevertheless, the bureaucracy is often criticized for being full of employees (bureaucrats) that are lazy, overpaid, and wasteful in their use of American taxpayer dollars. Is that really true, or is it that just an easy target for those (like politicians) who want to aim the anger of their constituents at something tangible and relatively defenseless ?
