Research and Find an Article, Video or Court Case involving Intellectual Property.
you need to find an article, video, or court case that addresses and/or discusses some aspect of intellectual property. The article, video or court case can be on any aspect of intellectual property - there are no limitations on the subject - so long as it involves some aspect of intellectual property. For example, you can find a recent intellectual property court case, or an article that discusses an intellectual property court case, or you can find another Ted Talk that addresses creativity and intellectual property. You can find an article that talks about the "goodwill" of a public company and its brand2 or an article that discusses an intellectual property infringement case. There is no restriction on the subject matter so long as you can connect it to some aspect of intellectual property. Google, of course, is an excellent resource for finding an applicable article, video's and court cases. Once you find your article, video, or court case, answer and address the following questions:
Question 1:. What is the name of the article, video or case that you chose?
Question 2: What is the author's or speaker's name?
Question 3: Copy and paste the link to your article, video or court case (after you copy it, please check to confirm that it is correct - you will have points deducted for not providing a correct link).
Question 4: Describe what the article, video or court case was about. A brief summary is fine, but make sure you accurately describe the article, video or court case - your description should be a succinct abstract of the contents of the article, video or court case. You will be graded on how well you summarize the material.
Question 5: Provide your thoughts on the article, video or court case. Do you agree with the author's or speaker's points? What did you find interesting with it? Why did you find it interesting?
