Case Scenario: In preparation for the individual's annual review, you talk to them about what goals they want to work on in the upcoming year. The individual indicates that they would like to take a vacation to a location where they would have to fly, as they have never flown before. The individual currently has a job where they receive minimum wage and work 40 hours a week; however, they have an impulse to spend money and not save any of it. The individual also doesn't have any destination in mind. Additionally, the individual typically relies on staff to organize or pack their items when they go away for family visits on weekends. The individual learns best by writing things down or having writtendocuments to refer to. These questions outline the different components that might go into an individual's plan of care. When answering the questions below, consider that the plan of care is a legal document that is presented to the individual, individual's team, and regulatory agencies.
