Musicians, athletes, and artists aren't the only ones who experience a flow state - have you ever been so focused on a project or activity that you lost yourself in it and time just seemed to melt away? If so, then you have experienced what psychological professionals call the "flow state!" Flow comes with numerous benefits, not only productivity levels and perceived satisfaction in what we produce, but decreased stress levels as well. Expand on one piece of advice from the article that you are committed to practicing in order to encourage greater "flow."
