1) Stacey is the owner of a small bookshop called, "Page Turners". There are also 2 other small bookshops not too far away from her store. She started to think about competition and how it might impact her business. The business space next to her store recently became available for rent. She is now considering renting that place to make it into a small café, attached to her bookstore to help boost her business. Her business would become a bookstore and coffee shop.

3)It is very common in Canada to receive a call from someone saying they are from a well known company and they ask if you would like to change your phone and internet services. They might call you a few times and make some offers that sound pretty good. The intention is to get you interested and then they might try and sell you a more expensive product or charge you hidden fees that are in a lengthy contract that you just sign, but maybe have not read carefully.

4)"Re-Capture" is a recycling company that collects disposed computers and electronics. They are able to extract the precious metals used in the machinery and this can be quite valuable. Currently, they are a private corporation and have achieved considerable success and are now considering becoming a public corporation.
