Read the article on dementia and then think of things you will need to do as a nursing assistant to effectively work with these types of patient's. When you list an intervention you will need to give the symptom of dementia that you will be addressing with that intervention. List at least 6 interventions you could use that address 6 different signs and symptoms of dementia. Be creative.
