Problem
I. Describe whether virtual work has had mostly positive, mostly negative, or mixed effects (both positive and negative) on well-being. Support your response with at least two examples (i.e., two positive examples, two negative examples, or for mixed effects, one positive and one negative example). For each example, describe (i) the relevant feature(s) of virtual work (e.g., virtual meetings, working from home, physical separation from colleagues, collaborating across temporal distance, etc.); and (ii) the aspect of well-being impacted (e.g., stress, isolation, job/life satisfaction, work engagement, work-life balance, etc.).
II. Recommend at least two actions for leaders to improve employee well-being in the areas you have discussed by mitigating the negative effects or enhancing the positive effects. (Your recommendation may be based on your own experiences/observations, articles you have read about this topic or suggestions in the well-being podcasts.)
III. Does most of the responsibility for virtual worker well-being in the areas you have identified belong to leaders, or are there actions employees can take to enhance their well-being? Explain.
