Scenario for Marie:

Marie is a full-time college student who lives in residence with her 20-year-old twin. The residence is next door to a park with a sports complex. She used to go there at least three times (3) per week but stopped because her life has become hectic. Marie has six (6) classes this semester and works in the wellness centre 10 hours per week. She is grateful that she gets along so well with her sister because she has no time for friends. Marie misses exercise and can feel that her body needs it again. Marie's primary goal is to increase her strength. She currently weighs 125 lbs, and wants to increase her fat free mass by 5 lbs. She wants to accomplish this goal within 5 months.
