Which of these styles do you usually trend towards in negotiations? Reflect on how you've seen this style manifest in negotiations you've had and on any benefits and challenges you've experienced when employing this style in order to persuade others to accept your perspective. How would you rank your skills as a negotiator or someone who can influence outcomes?
