Question: There are three students namely, Ana, Maria, and Nene. They are discussing a court case on a television show. Ana is a divine command theorist, Maria is a Kantian, and Nene, a utilitarian. In the show, there is a person who was mentally ill and refused his medication. Because of this, he becomes violent and pushes him to kill an innocent person. The defense argued that the man should not be guilty because of insanity. While the prosecution's defense is that the man was guilty of voluntary manslaughter for refusing his medication when he knew he was ill. The students are not aware of the legal guilt of the man but instead his moral responsibility. According to the personality of the students, describe their different positions that they will most likely hold.
