Please create a tree diagram as in Figure 9-5 and not an organization chart type of diagram as displayed on pages 154 and 155. As mentioned in this section, the WBS is a graphical tool, in this case a tree diagram, that displays how major work elements comprise smaller pieces of work. "It is perhaps the most fundamental tool needed in the project planning process" (Heerkens 152).
