Implement and evaluate organisational health, safety and security system

To assist in the implementation and evaluation process you will be required to work in groups of five (5). This will be your consultative arrangements and will allow for you to evaluate your WHS findings. You will each discuss (implement) your WHS procedures and associated templates that identify the WHS issues at the cannery. As the WHS Officer you need to share with stakeholders your recommendations.

CONCLUSION REPORT

As an outcome of identifying WHS issues at the cannery, being involved in the implementation and feedback process. You will now provide the external administrator, Malcom Bentley with improvement suggestions. In your conclusion to Mr. Bentley:
Provide recommendations for training and associated WHS updates
Provide a brief overview (training plan) that will benefit existing staff
Provide recommendations for a better WHS record keeping system
Provide recommendations on how staff could be encouraged to participate in personal WHS practices
Finally, as a result of a WHS incident that you should have identified, provide recommendations of where best to locate first aid kit and emergency evacuation plan.
