The variables that I would use in my research project would be ratio, nominal and ordinal/ ranked. These variables will assist me in gathering a baseline data on the quality of life with the elderly multiple myeloma patients. I can use the baseline results as we continue on throughout the research period. It will let allow me to see any variances throughout the process. I can actually see if their quality of life is improving with the treatment plans or if it gradually declines.
