Ensure that you specifically include government, small and medium sized businesses and not-for-profit organizations in your analysis and report. 

Your report should:

• Describe the types of fraud, influencing factors contributing to fraud, and the types of controls and detection measures used in each of the three sectors: government, small and medium-sized enterprises, and not-for-profit organizations
• Provide one example fraud case for each sector (refer to these cases as examples in your analysis). In your analysis, clearly describe what you think the contributing influences were that drove the fraudulent behavior
• Describe potential controls and measures that would have been effective in each sector/case to prevent the fraud
• Substantiate your opinions with references
