1. Discuss the results of each team member's Big 5 Personality Test to explain the effects of the personalities of each team member on the functioning of the team.

2. Various Roles need to be filled in a team for it to function successfully. Referring to the roles in, discuss the roles each team member adopted and its impact on the functioning of the team. Did the role(s) coincide with the member's personality characteristics/traits?

3. Discuss several significant Norms developed in your team (including norms developed as part of the team ground rules in the Team Charter). Using your knowledge of how norms develop, explain how and why these norms developed. If any members refused to conform, or had difficulties conforming to these norms, explain what your team did to enforce the norms.

4. By discussing the factors that increase Group Cohesiveness explain why your team did or did not become cohesive. How did your team increase its effectiveness by being cohesive? If your team was not very cohesive, what if anything could have been done to increase cohesiveness in your team? (be specific)

5. Describe significant aspects of your team development by referencing the Five Stage Model. (Be specific using evidence which demonstrates these stages).

6. Referring to the Basis Of Power, describe the type of power member(s) of your team exhibited. Explain how the power was obtained. Discuss other members' responses to the use of this power.

7. Did your team experience conflict during the semester? If so, explain if it was functional or dysfunctional? What were the sources of the conflict? Referring to the Conflict-Handling Strategies and to the results of each team member's Primary Conflict-Handling Style describe the methods used to solve any issues. If there was no conflict, indicate why you feel conflict was not an important issue.
