For two of the companies you are tracking during the semester, please prepare a double spaced report of two pages (two reports of two pages each).

The following are some topics to consider for your report, please choose 3 or 4 of the following or select your own related topic:

1) Describe the type of business the company is in.

2) Has the stock price gone up or down over the semester and how does this change compare to the market in general and other companies in the same type of business?

3) Do you think the P/E ratio of the company is too high, just right, or too low? Why?

4) Describe the company's current and recent profitability as well as expectations for future profits.

5) Does the company pay a dividend? How much, how often? How does the dividend yield compare to the market in general and other companies in the same type of business? Describe the company's dividend history (stable, increasing, declining).

6) Have there been recent stock splits or stock buy backs?

7) Describe the company's recent investment banking activity. Has the company been acquiring other companies? Selling divisions to other companies? Issuing new stock or bonds?

8) Is the company going into new markets or expanding product or service lines?

9) Do stock analysts recommend the stock as a buy or sell position, and why?
