Using the same job, you have been researching for the course; you will describe the training needed for the job. Be sure to include the following elements,

Brief introduction with highlights from previous paper and the Goal of the training

• The performance objectives of the training
• Condition: What are the conditions required for the learner's mastery of the objective?
• Behavior: What do you want the learners to do?
• Criteria: What is the degree of accuracy the learners need to accomplish?
• Details of the training method and context (setting - classroom? etc.) with the description of rationale, materials needed, etc.
• Details of how knowledge transfer will be assessed.
• Training evaluation plan - how will you know your training is successful (see Kirkpatrick)
• APA / Grammar

Training Presentation -

In this presentation, you will train the class on the job you have been researching for this course. You may be creative in your training. You will have 15-20 minutes.

The ADDIE Model will then be used as the main topics to analysis the subject chosen between the team. The team can choose between them respective individual Needs Assessment paper.
