Assume you have been asked to develop a proposal for Memorial University to enhance the quality of student ratings of teacher performance. Along these lines, the University has decided that a lack of student training is one of the major problems that underlie the current system. Specifically, you have been asked to develop a training strategy for training students on how to complete the teacher evaluation form. Note the training is only for students enrolled in on-campus courses (not online-learning courses).

A. In total you should choose 3 different training approaches as part of your overall strategy.

B. Take these 3 approaches you have identified and combine them to develop an overall training strategy for undergraduate students at MUN. For each of the 3 approaches be sure to:

-describe the training goal of the approach;

-describe exactly how the training would be conducted for the approach; and,

-depending on the approach, you may include videotapes, PowerPoints, role plays, lecture or some combination of these when describing how the training will be conducted.
