Question: Background: Design thinking is described by Thomas Lockwood in Design Thinking: Integrating Innovation, Customer Experience, and Brand Value (2010. Alworth Press) as "a tool to imagine future states," a problem-solving methodology for innovation and enablement.

The our text, Innovation Acceleration: Transforming Organizational Thinking, in Chapter 5, topic heading "Iterations: The Secret Sauce," pp 116-120, describes "the key practice that brings forth a great design is the practice of iteration."
