Joanna is a manager who has been given the leadership of a team of employees. The employees feel part of the team as processes and working styles are discussed and important decisions are made by group agreement. However one employee, Emma, does not allow others to speak and voice opinions. As a result, members of the group will often change their attitude to match hers.
