Case Study: This document is an international marketing plan for the Switzerland market, prepared for the fast prepared-served restaurant chain desert called Beaver Tails that is first produced in Canada and expanded into USA, Dubai, Japan, France and Mexico that is highly sweet and likeable by most people that like deserts. Swiss Beaverss is planning to open a brand-new beaver tail restaurant in Switzerland to share and market these tasty deserts in their own way. For the preparation of this document, both an internal and external analysis of the company has been carried out and the Switzerland market in the desert sector in restaurants, fast food restaurants, street food and retail have been studied. Information has been collected from primary and secondary sources.After the analysis was carried out, it has been possible to highlight that the company or the product does not have any presence in the market. Since the snack food and confectionary market is very well known and profitable based on the currency and how much revenue it produces based on the population of the country, it is possible that Swiss Beaverss can very well be a success and complete the objectives of reaching CHF 300,000 (CAD $461,139) sales revenue only in the first year. The much-anticipated revenue is expected to be higher than a typical beaver tails store in Canada due to higher potential for restaurants and snacks in Switzerland as seen the analytics below for what are made mostly with Swiss products which is cakes.
