You come back from lunch and there's a voicemail on your phone. It's your executive and she is upset. Her important client meeting that was in her calendar for 10:30 a.m. was actually 9:30 a.m. and she missed it. You go back through your emails and realize the other assistant suggested 9:30 a.m. and you accepted but then entered it in the calendar for 10:30 a.m. You are stunned, you have no idea why you entered it incorrectly.

You have to prepare for an important board meeting. There are several out-of-town board members attending the meeting. Lunch has to be served at 11.30 a.m. and the meeting has to end at 3.00 p.m. sharp because some board members have to catch their next flight at 5.00 p.m.

It is noon and the caterer is no where to be seen. When you call, they sound surprised. You had selected a 12.30 p.m. delivery slot.
