ABC Company is facing trouble due to decreased sales revenue. The reasons were to be investigated. The CEO decided to form a task group to help with the problem. The task group will come from the marketing, finance, production and HR departments, and a report was to be presented to the CEO. During the first couple of meetings some problems faced the group not being able to set the steps for the process. There was a big row, and some members left the meeting. In later meetings they compromised their differences and worked seriously on the problem. The only participant who missed meetings and did not come up with his part of the job was the HR manager. When asked he said that he is sure the report will come out on time. After the job was done, the four managers developed a strong relationship and socialized frequently.
