Questions: Benefits of A Chosen Physical Activity Paper- Develop a reflective and factual paper in which you identify ONE specific physical activity, sport, or exercise in which you have participated, either during this semester or in the recent past. A suitable activity could be among the following: walking, hiking, jogging, weight-training, dancing, swimming, tennis, cycling, hiking, bowling, etc. Once you have identified this ONE activity, answer the following questions: The topic I will use is running track.

• Identify and describe the specific social benefits you can derive from this activity. (such as relationship building, meeting new people, etc.)
• Identify and describe any other tangible benefits you can derive from this activity. (such as earning money by leading others in aerobics, etc.)
• Identify and describe specific physical skills you can develop, that would participation in this activity possible and/or more enjoyable. (such as developing a correct golf swing, learning how to throw a Frisbee correctly, etc.)
