  • Describe the specific characteristics of the company; for example: which markets they operate in and where their investments have been focused to date.
  • Create a short research plan explaining how you are going to find the information you need to answer the 2nd part of the assignment in Week 8 (remember, the 2nd part of the assignment is your analysis of the current strategic direction of the company and recommendations for the future). Also describe how you plan to conduct your analysis (e.g. the types of analysis you will use, the methods you will use, etc.); justify why you are conducting your analysis in this way.

Your initial submission should summarise the above points in 1,000 words and is worth 10% of your Module Grade.
