In a 10 -12 page research-supported application paper, analyze, evaluate and make strategic recommendations to improve a workplace case based on your own organizational experience (current or past). Your analysis must integrate/synthesize your knowledge of at least 3 theories/concepts relevant to your case; be certain to identify the originators or primary authors of each theory. The premise of the paper will be to understand if "Sempra Energy" is an ethical company. We will research the available resources for employees to report ethical violations. The next steps we would like to check to see if employees feel they can report ethical violations? Do employees feel the company will act on them? What does Sempra do with ethic violations?
