Question: Define L to be the lowest of the five numbers drawn in the Cash 5 lottery game in Example. Describe the shape of the sampling distribution of L, and explain how you know.

Example: Winning the Lottery by Betting on Birthdays In the Pennsylvania Cash 5 lottery game, players select five numbers from the integers 1 to 39, and the grand prize is won by anyone who selects the same five numbers as the ones randomly drawn by the lottery officials. Suppose that in such a game, someone bets numbers corresponding to the days of the month on which five family members were born, which is anecdotally a common strategy.
