Question: Jilly is 15 years old. She has just arrived at a homeless shelter after living on the streets for the past month. When Jilly is asked about her situation, she does not respond. Jilly obviously has some issues that she is not yet willing to discuss.

Jilly is provided with emergency accommodation; however, she requires a more permanent solution as well as support to move forward with her life.

The shelter provides emergency temporary accommodation for all age groups and networks with other service providers for other service programs that are relevant to their clients.
