For Unit 1 IP, consider changes that have been made from the DSM-IV to the DSM-5. Focus on Chapter 3 to explore these changes and how they affect diagnosis, both positively and negatively. The M.U.S.E. resource "The Changes From DSM-IV to DSM-5" also describes some of these changes.

For the last two questions, read over Chapter 3, pp. 88-91 and 106-113 to investigate questions to ask in a clinical interview and how to make a diagnosis. Figure 3.4 has some helpful example questions to ask in diagnosing depression and PTSD. This is the book name and information.
